Captain Hook, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell

Yes, you are seeing right.  That is Dad dressed up as Captain Hook!!  Raegan asked him to be Peter Pan but Danielle made a better one so he agreed to be Captain Hook.  We all went Trick or Treating and received a lot of compliments too. Wish you were here to see them!!

Halloween 2013

Another Halloween without you.  I can't say if our decorations are getting better or worse.  I think the things we buy are better but we are getting worse and worse in that every year we buy more and more stuff.  Pretty soon I won't be able to park in the garage!!  I just wish we didn't have to decorate here.....

Someone decided sometime early in the morning on October 22, that they wanted to steal your car.  Dad parked it in the driveway that morning when he came home from work but when he went out later to go to Nana's it was gone.  No broken glass or noise at all.  They must have known what they were doing.  I talked to Shawn later in the day and we decided that you must have needed a ride to the liquor store so you came and got it!!  We have to make something up or we will go insane.  Drive safely!!

A Brown Funeral

Today I went to your Great Great Aunt Lucille's funeral.  I met some cousins that I had never met before. They are Michael Brown's children.  I was amazed at how much the boys looked like you!!  I am sure they thought I was some crazy woman asking to take their picture but I had to.  I couldn't take my eyes off of them and knew I would be upset forever if I didn't get a picture.
