David (Davey) Andrew Chavez was taken too soon from his family and friends on September 24, 2010. Davey's parents, David and Anita, and sister, Autumn, welcomed him into this world on August 8, 1986 in Long Beach, CA.
Growing up, he enjoyed playing baseball and basketball. He was a graduate of Artesia High School, Class of 2005.
Most recently, he resided in Lakewood with his girlfriend, Brittany Rose Logan and his two four-legged sons, Bruce Wayne and Stevie James. When not at work, Davey could be found spending time with Brittany and his closest friends. Recently, Davey became the proud uncle of Raegan Grace Vilander.
Davey was a hero to many, loved by all and will be greatly missed. He is survived by parents, grandparents, sister, niece, girlfriend, furry sons, aunts, uncles, cousins and an endless amount of friends.
